Mr. McBride received a BA degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 1980. He graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1982 and has been licensed to practice law in Idaho since 1983.
His legal career began in Canyon County, (Caldwell) Idaho as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, where he prosecuted criminal cases from 1983 to 1985. He tried over 30 cases for jury trial in that time frame. He returned to Idaho Falls in 1985 to open a private practice.
Leadership roles include service as a Regional Director for the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and as a founding member of the Idaho Workers Compensation Section. In 2008, he served as the Idaho State Bar Workers Compensation Section Chairman.
His practice consists primarily of personal injury claims, caused by both work and non work accidents. His trial work has resulted in substantial verdicts for injured victims, including an Idaho Federal District Court verdict in the amount of $3,000,000.00.
